Research Description This program will concentrate on the unrecognized type of pollution that our country has been xposed for several years, light pollution. one of the exceptionalities of this program is that the proponents will be utilizing near earth observation method to gather relative date of the research. A Little excessive light pollution can save a burning little fossile fuel, and an immense light pollution can save more fossil fuels from burning, which also generates other types of pollution such as carbon dioxide that generates greenhouse emissions. This will serve as an energy saving concept like solar panels in which it will reflect longterm savings over the long run. This research concept and method is of high importance towards the development of student thesis and subject researches at the undergraduate and graduate level. This program will be beneficial to them as it will cater the date archiving for research purposes
Research Objectives the project aims to establish a Center for astronomy R&D which will be based in Rizal Technological University (RTU). Specifically, the project aims to: (1) To collaborate with other HEls in NCR for the proliferation of astronomy in the country and bring forth competitive researches and community outreach in the field of astronomy; (2) To conduct capacity-building activities for astronomy researchers; (3) To become a hub for astronomy and space science technology that will cater towards the enticement of young scientists in the future that awaits for them in the field of astronomy and space science; (4) To conduct research and development programs that will address the problems that negatively affect the astronomical science specifically aerospace and astrophysics in conducting experiments and observations.
