Research Description Investigation of the morphological and optical properties of PSi.
Research Objectives To fabricate Porous silicon (PSi) and determine the effects of different fabrication parameters on the morphology of the pores.

Research Accoplishments Finished the calibration experiments usign a programmable power supply. Able to fabricate one-dimensional photonic crystals using parameters based on the etch rates and dispersion curves.
