Research Description The idea is to use a cost-effective method of fabricating ZnO oxide nanostructures deposited on laser-scribed graphene (LSG). ZnO is deposited via chemical vapor deposition, while graphene is synthesized via laser-scribing using a commercially available LightScribe DVD writer. The resulting ZnO/LSG nanostructure is then evaluated for its potential use as a photoelectrode for dyesensitized solar cells (DSSC).
